Expensive and poor caller lookup

The new caller lookup feature is too much trouble to use. When you try to paste a phone number in it isnt smart enough to strip out the parenthesis or any other extraneous data like every other app does. I recommend TrueCaller.

In addition considering the cost of the top of the line plan the annual cost is just too high considering hoe early it actually resolved the identity of a caller. Now they added the manual lookup but as I said the implementation is so poor I cant believe their QC department let it be released as-is.

I dont plan on renewing my service when my next renewal comes up.
