Lots of great features which really make life easier.

I really like the design of the app, and was surprised by the types and depths of it services. Their customer support helped made sure I had it running at smoothly.

Could not get this app to work properly on the iPhone 6+ on the ATT network. Spent lots of time trying to fix it, but it was simply not reliable. Nice idea, and if they can improve the technical aspects, I would consider trying it again.

I have an Iphone 6 S plus with AT&T and this does not work. Phone support is not available, but the site states 9-9pm EST. Web chat support unavailable at 7pm????? Send an email.... Cant do it, its a link and requests a default email app on my computer....I use gmail. I cant even contact support! I followed all the steps to the T and even tried manual install still doesnt work! WTH? Common man!!!!!!!!!!!

They are misleading you by looking free, but there is a monthly fee

Dont waste your money or time on this. This app doesnt have a function other than to take your money. The support number they give you just hangs up. Please dont waste your money on this.

The app gets locked on the "Continue" button taking no action when attempting to confirm you are willing to accept notifications. To get this far you already need to create an account and pay on their website, so buyer beware.

After multiple setup attempts the app did not after spending an hour or more with tech support it did not work after calling tmobile to provision conditional call forwarding the app did not work. This app needs to be revamped to work with current devices and or ios

I have downloaded the app, but it keeps saying its connecting to trap call, and it never connects.

Upon installing the app they ask you to make a test call before purchase. The test call is to a toll free number. They put the *67 code in front of the number they want you to call. However this is not a trusting test as you cannot call toll free numbers using *67. It will automatically unblock your number. It appears they forward your calls to a toll free number then back to your phone. Im skeptical based on that test call. Today I received an unknown call did as the app said and when it rang back through it was a GA number that went back to TrapCall. Yet the person calling me was with a local government office.

The problems started and every 2-3 days I was receding notices that it was not working. I attempted several times to call Customer Service at a minimum of 45 minutes on hold (I never spoke to anyone). I attempted to connect with someone via chat, they told me to call CS but the CS number is now "no longer providing tech support via the phone". I should have known they could not be trusted when they asked for my log-in info (pin #).

This is a paid subscription and does not say on app info so misleading. I do not recommend at all!!!!

Wont work. Tried setting it up for an hour and nothing. I demand a refund.

I WANT A FULL REFUND! APP DOESNT UNMASK NUMBERS OR PROVIDE CORRECT INFO!

I absolutely LIVE this app. No more guessing whos calling me with a blocked number. Only wish it could work on a landline also.
