TrapCall has given me full control of my phone. Now, I always know whos calling, even if theyre calling me blocked. So great!

The new caller lookup feature is too much trouble to use. When you try to paste a phone number in it isnt smart enough to strip out the parenthesis or any other extraneous data like every other app does. I recommend TrueCaller. In addition considering the cost of the top of the line plan the annual cost is just too high considering hoe early it actually resolved the identity of a caller. Now they added the manual lookup but as I said the implementation is so poor I cant believe their QC department let it be released as-is. I dont plan on renewing my service when my next renewal comes up.

TrapCall is designed to unmask phone numbers that have intentionally been blocked or masked using *67. TrapCall works by utilizing the conditional call forwarding feature offered by your carrier. However, the call you received was an "Unknown" call. These numbers cannot be unmasked because they typically do not contain a valid Caller ID. Unknown numbers typically indicate that the telephone company may be having a problem with the Caller ID number in some fashion. This happens most commonly with VoIP calls and calls that may originate from outside of North America. We alter the Caller ID to display 229-518-6462, which you can add to your blacklist.

Ive been tricked to download this app. No one warned me it costs $10 a month for this service. Lame. Waste of time, money, and phone space
